Storing information in a visitor's device and accessing it is governed by Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Consent is required for all technologies that are not strictly necessary to provide the service the visitor has explicitly requested.

Technical (necessary) technologies
The website uses strictly necessary browser storage only. Without it the website could not work and compliance with obligations under the ZISIF could not be evidenced, so no consent is required.
Analytics and marketing technologies
This website uses no analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. We do not operate Google Analytics or any other measurement tool, we embed no advertising pixels, we build no visitor profiles and we share no data with advertising networks.
Should we introduce analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this policy.
An e-mail address you give us in the contact form or when subscribing to the newsletter is not a cookie or browser storage. It is stored in our internal contact database on the server and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy; you can withdraw the newsletter subscription at any time at info@wayupcapital.cz.
Technical nature and removal
These are not classic cookies sent to a server, but browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). The data stays in your device until you delete it.
You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings (typically Settings, Privacy and security, Clear browsing data). After clearing, the regulatory entry notice will be shown to you again.
