This section of the website is intended exclusively for qualified investors within the meaning of Section 15(4)(b) of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds (“ZISIF”), i.e. investors who can invest funds or money-valuable items corresponding to an amount of at least EUR 125,000 (“Qualified Investor”), as it contains information about the services of Strategic Hedge Capital osoba rizikového kapitálu s. r. o., ID No.: 23329611, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 425347 (the “Company”), engaged in asset management comparable to management within the meaning of Section 15 of the ZISIF.

The Company is registered in the list maintained by the Czech National Bank pursuant to Section 596(e) of ZISIF as a person referred to in Section 15(1) of ZISIF, which is required to be registered in the list. However, the Czech National Bank does not supervise the activities of the Company or the persons referred to in Section 15(1) of the ZISIF, with the exception of compliance with the obligation to be registered in the list and the fulfilment of the Company's information obligations towards the Czech National Bank under the ZISIF and related legal regulations.
