Both strategies rest on the same decision process and the same rules. They differ only in what they invest in during a RISK-ON regime. The investor chooses between WayUP Capital BTC, WayUP Capital TOP100 or a combination of the two.

Frequently asked investor questions
From EUR 125,000, or the CZK equivalent at the current exchange rate. This threshold is set directly by law. Subsequent investments may be lower.
Qualified investors under Section 15 of ZISIF, following verification of identity and source of funds (AML/KYC), successful completion of the investment questionnaire and signature of the contractual documentation.
It is not supervised by the Czech National Bank and may accept investments only from a limited group of investors. In exchange, it has more flexible investment rules.
The portfolio is fully liquid, but given the nature of the fund and market cyclicality, redemptions take place only once a year: on the basis of a request submitted by 15 December, with payout by 15 January, based on the valuation carried out as of 31 December.
No return is guaranteed. The goal is to outperform passive BTC holding over the long term, with a better risk-return ratio.
We identify the shift into a RISK-OFF regime and swap positions into USDC, usually before panic sets in. Even so, the value of the investment may fall.
WayUP Capital BTC: 1% of assets under management per year and 10% of profit above the HWM. WayUP Capital TOP100: 2% of assets under management per year and 20% of profit above the HWM
Crypto-assets always remain on the European Coinmate platform, licensed under the MiCA regulation, which maintains the highest security standard in line with the regulation.

WayUP Capital is the commercial designation of alternative funds managed by Strategic Hedge Capital osoba rizikového kapitálu s.r.o., ID No.: 23329611, with its registered office at Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Prague, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 425347 (the "Manager"). The Manager performs asset management comparable to management within the meaning of Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds ("ZISIF").
The Manager is registered in the list maintained by the Czech National Bank pursuant to Section 596(e) of ZISIF as a person referred to in Section 15(1) of ZISIF which is required to be registered. However, the Czech National Bank does not supervise the activities of the Manager or of persons referred to in Section 15(1) of ZISIF, with the exception of compliance with the registration obligation and the fulfilment of the company's information obligations towards the Czech National Bank under ZISIF and related legislation.
The Manager accepts investments exclusively from qualified investors within the meaning of Section 15(4)(b) of ZISIF, i.e. from investors who: a) are able to invest, in a single transaction, funds or money-valuable items corresponding to at least EUR 125,000 (subsequent investments may be lower), b) for whom the investment corresponds to their financial background, investment objectives and professional knowledge and experience in the field of investment.
